Warranty work is subject to factory approval; warranty coverage is ultimately determined by the manufacturer. Parts pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS We operate a transactional SMS program that sends service notifications to customers who opt in — quote links, appointment confirmations, technician en-route/ETA alerts, and job-completion confirmations. You can opt in at www.efserviceconnect.com/sms-signup (single opt-in; the consent checkbox is optional and consent is never a condition of purchase). We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program. Cancelling: you can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed; after that you will receive no further messages.
