Currently, I am at the helm of the service department at Electro Freeze, where my mission is to drive quality, innovation, and efficiency in troubleshooting and customer service. In my current role since October 2023, I manage a team of technical support advisors and oversee warranty administration, ensuring that escalated support cases are resolved with precision. My role involves direct customer engagement, national account management, field training, and collaboration with engineering and production teams to implement new models and troubleshoot systemic issues. These responsibilities utilize my analytical skills and deep knowledge of refrigeration and problem-solving to ensure our commercial refrigeration equipment operates at its best.
